CHILE: Latin America Between More Debt And Advances In Gender Equality

IPS reported on 15 March on the release of the 2011 annual report of the Observatory for Gender Equality in Latin America and the Caribbean, carried out by ECLAC (Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean), based in Santiago de Chile.
