YEMEN: Different Activities Related to Reproductive Health
AlmasderOnline on 18 August, reported on two training courses conducted by the Charitable Society for Social Welfare (CSSW) in cooperation with UNFPA and the Ministry of Public Health and Population. The training courses trained 40 health providers on how to provide counseling services as well as learn about up-to-date family planning methods.
WSSW, with the support of UNFPA, conducted six theater shows to raise awareness about reproductive health and family planning issues in Hodeidah, Haradh, ALMahweet, Aden and Ibb governorates. The shows attracted around 6,500 people. The UNFPA-supported project also organized another three stage shows related to gender issues and reproductive health rights in Hodiedah, Haradh and Aden.
