SIERRA LEONE: TBA Training Programme Held
Concord Times on 11 June reported on a UNFPA training programme in the Pujehun district for traditional birth attendants (TBAs). The programme, a six-day training on community advocacy skills for effective monitoring and sensitization on HIV/AIDS, gender-based violence, maternal complications and prevention, targeted TBAs from the 12 chiefdoms in the district.
