TAJIKISTAN: World Refugee Day Celebrations

Ozodagon News Agency on 28 June reported that events devoted to World Refugees Day were conducted in Dushanbe by the UNHCR in cooperation with UNFPA, UN Volunteers, Danish Refugees Council and several national organizations. Takhmina Niyazova, a national celebrity invited by the UNFPA CO, delivered a speech and performed her songs for children of Afghan refugees, asylum seekers and the local population during the concert.
