LIBERIA: UNFPA Director Talks Maternal Health

Front Page Africa reported on 30 July that UNFPA’s Dr. Babatunde Osotimehin, says that he has “zero tolerance for a situation where a woman dies giving birth.” On the eve of the country’s Independence Day, Babatunde Osotimehin, executive director for the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), visited the Redemption Hospital in Point Four, New Kru Town.
