MOLDOVA: Political Commitment Needed

Info Prim on 28 December reported on the decreasing birth rate and increasing outward migration of the Moldovian population. UNFPA's Boris Gilca is quoted saying, "We must be aware of these realities and put in place policies that help us deal with these phenomena, to manage them better. Population needs information on the benefits of reforming the pension system and promote active aging.
