BURKINA FASO: UNFPA Rep Visits Medical Centre for Fistula Treatment

Sidwaya on 22 January reported on the visit of Dr. Mamadou Kanté, the UNFPA Burkina Faso Representative, at the SCHIPHRA medical centre. For the news paper this medical centre, with the support of UNFPA provide free of charge fistula treatment to women who are victims. According to the newspaper, the UNFPA Representative, DR Mamadou Kante said : “many women came in this centre because the quality of the medical care is good”.
