UGANDA: Refugee Girl Writes to UN Secretary General

The Monitor on 26 October published an article on the commemoration of the Day of the Girl Child. It mentions how UNFPA and UNHCR organised a dialogue with refugee communities in the Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement in Kamwenge District. The article also talks about Chantal, a 13 year-old refugee girl who wrote a letter to the UN SG asking him to help Congo. Read in English: The MonitorĀ
