COMOROS: UNFPA Secures Funding for Projects
Al Balad reported on 5 April that Comoros has received a budget of $ 9 million to fund the Priority Plan submitted to the office of Commission support for the Consolidation of Peace United Nations. UNFPA has secured funding for its two projects, namely: "the rehabilitation of the role of women in the process of national reconciliation and consolidation of peace" and "support for the socio economic status of women and girls associated with conflict within the framework of DDR.
