BOLIVIA: Delegation Prepares for UN Indigenous Permanent Forum

Correo del Sur on 21 April reported that social and indigenous organizations met at the Foreign Ministry with the aim of preparing the Bolivian delegation to participate in the XII UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, which will take place from 20-31 May. "It is a preparatory session for the Bolivian delegation to the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues, the Forum basically gives opportunity for indigenous peoples of the world, to discuss issues concerning their needs, their development, their demands, "said Jaime Nadal, UNFPA Representative in Bolivia.
